Preparations for the UN Climate Change Conference in Bonn this year (COP 23, 6 to 17 November) are well underway and on track to deliver the infrastructure and arrangements needed for a successful meeting that can play its role in advancing the aims and ambitions of the Paris Agreement. Delegates will be able work in state of the art conference facilities, and benefit from an array of services, exhibitions, concerts and other cultural events from which the citizens of Bonn can also benefit.
The city of Bonn will support the accommodation of participants in the Bonn region in free private quarters (Private Host COP 23). This private accommodation is intended to underline the city's cosmopolitan image and the hospitality of the citizens of an entire region.
The secretariat of the UNFCCC in Bonn continuously contributes all relevant information on travel, accommodation and visa procedures.
